CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(RES) An Act relating to the                           
issuance of hunting, trapping, and noncommercial fishing licenses,             
tags, and permits and to residency for fish and game purposes; and             
providing for an effective date was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(RES) was read the third time.
